Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our hosted software products, each available at its own domain (today, allayhq.com, and others as they launch). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide hosted, subscription software. You get access to the product for the duration of your paid period; we host everything — there is nothing to install, download, or self-host.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, as you choose — until canceled. Fees are billed at the start of each period by our payment provider. Prices are in USD.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, we refund you in full — no questions, no runaround. After the first 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, without proration.

4. Founding rates

"Founding" pricing is locked for life for as long as your membership is continuous.

5. Your data

We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. Data you enter is exportable in full at any time. Details: the Privacy Policy.

6. Decision support, not judgment

Our products assist your judgment; they do not replace it. Allay in particular plans around your family's stated allergies but does not guarantee meal safety — reading labels stays with you. We make no other warranty, express or implied; the services are provided "as is".

7. Your conduct

Use the services lawfully, for your own household or organization. Don't probe, scrape, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the services, with refund of any unused prepaid time where appropriate.

8. Termination and export

You may close your account at any time; we delete your data. If we discontinue a product, we give notice and refund unused prepaid time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are posted on this page (and, where you have an account, by email) before they take effect.
