This policy covers ashfall.systems and kotaridge.com. Our product sites (allayhq.com and others) are separate surfaces with their own notices; the same practices apply.
What we collect
On these sites: nothing, at this time. ashfall.systems and kotaridge.com run no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party scripts. No advertising, no cross-site tracking, of any kind.
On our product sites we use first-party analytics and session insights (including recorded session replay) that we host ourselves, on our own hardware. That data tells us how pages are used so we can improve them. It is not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not used to build cross-site profiles.
If you email us (support@ashfall.systems or erik@ashfall.systems), we receive your email address and the message. We use it only to answer you, keep it as long as needed to do so, and never add you to any list or share it with anyone.
What we never do
- Sell your data, to anyone, for anything.
- Use your data to train AI models.
- Run ads, or sell ad space, in our products.
- Share data with third parties, except to process your payment (handled by our payment provider, under contract) and to operate the services.
Your data in your product account
Data you enter into a product (meals, collections, briefings) is yours: never sold, never used for training, and exportable in full anytime you like. To close an account or request deletion, email support@ashfall.systems — a human answers.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted here before they take effect.
